Therapeutic Massage consists of different styles of massage. I incorporate gentle Swedish massage, Thai massage, deep tissue, trigger points, stretches, myofascial release, and cupping to best meet each client's wellness goals.

Therapeutic Massage

Thai massage is a bit different than your conventional massage. You don’t need to disrobe, nor have you get on a massage table; all you need is to wear some comfy, easy-to-move-around clothes and you’ll be on a floor mat. The floor Thai massage will only utilize minimal massage lubricants as you’re fully clothed. Thai massage uses compressions, rocking motions, assisted stretching, and different positions to allow for a more creative, yet effective massage. It might be a great option for those who are looking for heavier pressure or more mobility work!

This is only for me to adjust the price if you decide to extend your session during your massage or if you are using a a package to pay for a portion of your massage (eg. using a 60 minute package to pay for 90 minute session, this will be added to cover the 30 minute difference).
